Grant Funding Morning

The church building support officers will be holding a session on grant funding at Diocese House, Easton, on Wednesday 14th October from 10am till 12.30pm.

The morning should suit those who haven’t applied for grant funding for church projects before, or anyone who hasn’t done so for a while and would like a refresher. The focus will be on small to medium repair or improvement projects.

The intention is for the morning to have some flexibility to cover areas of most interest to attendees, and have time for group discussion and information sharing, but we will aim to look at:

• What to consider before making applications, how to prepare
• Where to look for sources of funding
• Some key funders and their criteria and application processes
• Other sources of funding
